Fragment 3
Thinking: Thinking is Harmful to Your Health!
About the having leaked brains of Bulgaria: When I watched the Slavi Trifonov concert in London (2017), I realized how many “leaked brains” we have donated to the world.
About Art: According to Marius Kurkinski art is a serious damage to ignorance, but goes hand in hand with BAHURA.
About A. Dontchev’s “Time apart”: The novel is an apotheosis of the senseless resistance. In the end, all of a kind – those, who have accepted Muslim, and those, who have preserved their Christian faith, gather every year together on a certain day to pick up plums from one and the same plum tree in order to preserve their blood relationship.
In the spirit of conservative theories: Christianity and its worldwide spreading could be looked upon as a Jewish conspiracy aimed at conquering the world. But from the very beginning it went beyond the narrow Jewish frameworks, extended its borders to three continents, and became a world doctrine. Thus it lost its ethnicity, and from there – and commitment. And as such, in itself, it became a global factor.
About the holidays: In the early period, until the middle of the 1970’s, the Bulgarian Communist Party enjoyed spectacular holidays. The national festivities were well-lined not only ideologically, but also with food, wine and music. Then, at the end of the 70s, the BCP, having already become self-confident and self-satisfied, stopped buying the nation’s love. The festivals, deprived of their spirited, enticing attributes, began to fade away. So common people stopped believing in the bright communist future. The leaders from the top had also stopped believing. Thus, quite naturally, with no tragedy and resistance, the communist regime ceased its existence.
Now elections are being bought … and life / theater continues. But will that be for a long time?
About competitions: Creative competitions are absolutely nonsensical. They simply create subsistence for mediocrity and talentless close knit circuit of relations. In the spirit of liberalism: “Laissez-faire” – let him-the author go alone.
