About the nature of the modern economy and state
The development in the 90s of the twentieth century gave birth to oligarchy. It turned out, however, that the newly appointed millionaires were unable to manage capital and quickly wasted their initially allocated millions. For this reason, in order to maintain their well-being, they sought help in the so-called shady business (the gray, or in other words, the “criminal economy”). Thus, naturally, the state merged with crime.
The connection between the new millionaires and organized crime , which is also a new phenomenon / in totalitarian conditions there can be no organized crime and in general crime is reduced to some existence minimum /, is determined by their common roots – both forms have their origins, i.e. genetically derived from the socialist state. The shadow business was created by the structures of the so-called law enforcement agencies – State Security and Police.
Presumably, these organizational bodies are quite well acquainted with the illegal forms of redistribution of goods. For this reason, criminal structures have developed relatively quickly and have taken an indisputable place in the movement of capital. The role of the State Security was organizational, while the former militia, later the Police, took over the executive role.
The merging between the state and crime was the chance to legalize the shady business. The problem is that the shadow businessmen, as well as the newly appointed millionaires, have not been able to manage legal capital / legal business / and in parallel with their losing legal economic structures they have continued to maintain illegal ones, through which they have been compensating and compensating the current losses.
This type of system can function until economic players learn how to manage legal capital. At the present stage in the world there are no such conditions. For this reason, the merging between the state and organized crime will persist for a long time.
As for unorganized crime, it can be considered as a division of organized crime. For the most part, unorganized criminal activities are carried out from the lower levels of organized criminal structures.
